How do I get telephone advice?

A telephone call to the Doctor or Nurse can often resolve an issue and save you a visit to the surgery. Please call after morning surgery (11.00am - 11.30am) and before afternoon surgery at 3.15pm to 3.45pm and give brief details to the receptionist, who will arrange for a member of the clinical staff to call you back.
