If you have recently found out you are pregnant you will need to make a first booking appointment to see the Midwifery Team (which should ideally take place between 6-12 weeks of pregnancy). You can self refer by clicking the following link https://www.badgernotes.net/selfreferral/midcheshirespa to register for pregnancy care at Leighton Hospital. It is important that you refer for maternity care as soon as possible after finding out you are pregnant to ensure that the team can give you an appointment at the right time. Your request will be processed and you will be contacted within 4 weeks.
